DURANTE LA MAÑANA ME LLEVO OTRO VASO DE MERENGADA PARA MERENDAR CUANDO TENGO UN RATO LIBRE EN EL TRABAJO, TROTO 30 MINUTOS 3 O 4 VECES POR SEMANA, PERO AUN SIENTO MUCHA ANSIEDAD POR LOS CARBOHIDRATOS EN LAS NOCHES.
